telephonically contacted regarding the crimina
regarding Vickie Lynn Marshall, aka Anna Nicole Smj being
advised of the identity of the interviewing agent,
provided the following information:
Marshall filed a bankruptcy petition in the Central ee
District of California on January 25, 1996. In that petition she ,
omitted several assets from the schedules. alleges that
Marshall fraudulently listed only one item of jewelry worth
$40,000.00 in her possession at the time of the filing. She also
fraudulently stated that she had suffered a loss of approximately
17 items of jewelry in the Spring of 1995 due to a thefts from her
home safe in Cypress, bé
Texas and from her home in Los Angeles, California. BpIC
Marshall claimed that her former
stole the jewelry. However, no insurance claims were filed
by Marshall. A police report was filed by the Los Angeles Police
Department in June of 1994 regarding lost jewelry. However a later
investigation determined that the theft report was unfounded and
stated that the bodyguard had in fact returned the jewels t

A matter is presently pending in the bankruptcy court
before Bankruptcy Judge Bufford regarding Marhsall's claimed
interest of approximately $35 million in her deceased husband's
estate. There is also a pending probate matter in Texas regarding
her husband's estate.
