ment Board. After leaving Navy Service in 1946, he wae
employed by the Office of Strategic Services for a short time
before becoming employed by the Export-Import Bank, Washington,
D. C. While with the Office of Strategic Services, he became
acquainted with JOSEPH ROSSNSAUK, who wae employed with this
Service. After leaving 055, he asked ROSENBAUN to "keep his
eyes open® for the purpose of assieting him, BACON, in making
a business investment of some nature. —
