EP 77-693 At Ft. Bliss, Texas: advised that RUDOLPH, in his capacity of Laision engineer o one of the sub-contractors, Solar Aircraft Corporation, at the. present time was working and residing with his family in San Diego, California. He stated that RUDOLPH hes shown excellent capabilities during the period that he was assigned to work at the project and had produced outstanding results in his work.
