s ¢ 6-147 (1-1368 1) CRIMINAL IN\. .TIGATIVE DIVISION INFORMATIVE NOTE Date 2/6/81 Re: ATKID Attached Atlanta teletype advises the body of Lubie Geter was discovered 2/5/81 near Vandiver Road in the southwest section of the city. The body, clad only in undershorts, had been mutilated by animals. An autopsy will be performed 2/6/81 to determine the cause of death. As in the other murder cases in this investigation, no evidence of sexual molestation has been determined. For additional background informa- tion, Geter, aged 14 years, has been missing fgg 4 ciuce 1/2/81. On that date, victim was Se Be driven to the Stewart Lakewood Shopping Center by his brother for the purpose of selling small cans of car deodorizer. A crime scene search will be con- ducted during the daylight hours of 2/6/81. The resuits of the search and the results of the autopsy will be forthcoming.
