By attached teletype, Atlanta advises that on 1/23/81, at 7:23 am, Officers of the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office, Conyers, Georgia, located the body of a black male approximately 14 years of age. Victim apparently strangled and had been dead only a short period of time.
