By attached teletype, Atlanta advises that on
2/13/81 a parked car with occupant was observed
adjacent to the wooded area where the body, tentatively
identified as that of Patrick Wayne Baltazar, was
recovered.
Hypnotic interview of eye witness will be induced
by qualified doctor as approved by FBIHQ on 2/14/81.
Investigation continuing.
