On one such search, the above-listed items were located. Atlanta does not know if these items are connected with instant case. Notwithstanding, this office is requesting the following investigation be conducted. REQUEST OF THE FBI LABORATORY Conduct latent fingerprint examinations of mattock, shovel and plastic bag for latent fingerprints of value. Tf any are obtained, it is requested that they be checked against latent fingerprints developed on Penthouse and Galler magazines previously submitted in this matter. Also, if any fingerprints are developed in above-submitted items, it is requested that they be compared with the fingerprints : : of suspects previously submitted. It is further requested of the FBI Laboratory to determine, through chemical analysis, what the yellow substance is in the brown, plastic bag. 2* . AIP
