CG 7-2545 On 2/25/81, (protect identity) Lc was contacted at her residence at which time she provided EVP the following information in addition to the enclosure: The individual involved in the mrders has very bad eyesight and wears glasses, She felt he may drive a vehicle, possibly a van,that is bright in color and the vehicle may be damaged. She feels that he is possibly white and 30 years of age or less. The subject also has a scar on his chin and is "city oriented". He has reddish brown hair and is of medium height with a muscular build. He was born during a major eclipse which would have occurred on 3/18/50, 9/12/50, 3/17/51, 9/1/51, 2/25/52, or 8/20/52. She feels that he was born on or near (within two days) 3/18/50 or 9/12/50, He was a victim of child abuse and may have possibly been taken away from his parents during his youth. He is possibly a high school dropout and is employed in some type of manual labor, i.e. truck driver transporting food or other food products. She feels that the first killing took place around 6/8/79, and resulted from divorce action or separation from his estranged wife. He has two children by her. She feels the subject is responsiblefor either 13 or 14 of the children that were missing. According to the charts the next incident will occur on 3/9/81, and a woman will witness the incident or his estranged wife may realize who the subject is. As a result of this information she feels that he will be captured in July of this year. The last paragraph amd diagram on the enclosure were obtained during a psychic vision. She saw the initials "G.H." The house he resides is in a "level" geographic area. -2?-
