Fe AyD was advised of the identity of the agent and the officla nature of the interview. , | advised as follows: M.B.I., a mail order company, placed an advertisement for miniature pewter models of classic automobiles in eighteen major Sunday newspapers on March 1, 1981. A business reply en- velope (BRE) was enclosed with each advertisement. The post of- fice box to which the BRE was addressed was used only for this circularization and a circularization on January 4, 1981. The March 1, 1981, circularization was placed in the newspapers whose names appear on the attached list. These newspapers have a total circularization of two and one half million readers. The January 4, 1981 circularization was placed in the followine newspapers: The Harrisburg (Pennsylvania) Pat News, . The Chicago (Illinois) Sunday Times, and The Long Beach (Florida) News if cr sperccar stated that should the FBI require the svecific é re address of any of the newspapers listed above or on the attached 41D list, he would be able to provide same. On March 6, 1981, one of the BRE's, discussed above, was received at M.B.I. The envelope was postmarked March 2, 1981, Cleveland, Ohio, and contained a handwritten note, a copy of which is attached hereto.
