? = ADDENDUM: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE DIVISION (CID) CID has reviewed this matter and concurs with SAC Philadelphia that two Special Age SAs) from the Atlanta Division conduct the interview of a suspect in this case. It is recommended t e conducted during the week of April 20, 1981, with the exact date to be coordinated with the Atlanta and Philadelphia Division. CID does not concur with the insistence of SAC Philadelphia that an Agent from the Behavioral Science Unit, Training Division, be present during the interview It is the opinion of CID that the presence of three SAs during the interview of this suspect would be counterproductive. AIC. It is noted that the Behavioral Science Unit has instructional and-~\ educational interest and should not be utilized to direct this investigative interview. SA QUEEN :< 25001 Science Unit, is presentiy in the Atlanta Di mn and will assist in the prepara- tion for the interview.
