Joseph Bell, missing since 3/2/81, was found in the South River,
De Kalb County, Georgia. Victim's body was clad in underwear
and was badly decomposed. The autopsy is to be performed 4/20/81
DETAILS: On 4/19/81 at approximately 3:30 p. m., the bod
by the De Kalb County Medical Examiner.
Search teams of Police and FBI Special Agents are
currently conducting searches of bridges, highways, and the
bank of the river for items of evidence.
