DETAILS: The ATKID ISIS data base was brought on-line in Atlanta on 2/96/81. The Atlanta Field Office has been conducting investigation in this matter since November, 1980, and as of 3/18/81 had approximately 2,200 serials and 800 lA's in file. Six hundred two serials had been encoded and entered into ISIS by the 10 support personnel, in Atlanta, assigned to this task as of 3/18/81.
