The latter vehicle, the diesel trucks with the 20 foot trailers, are utilized for over-the~-road type of deliveries. exrery stated that as a matter of practice, no vehicles are on any type of ties or pickups from the hours 11:00 P.M. through 6:00 A.M. stated that he would cause a search to be made of all récords, including time cards, with regard to May 22, 1981, in an attempt to determine whether any vehicles or employees had been in operation during the hours 2:00 A.M. through 3:00 A.M. on May 22, 1981.
