It is to be noted that the roommates of Cater and McIntosh bd advised FBI Agents that they had seen Wayne Bertram Williams in the | company of Cater and McIntosh. Concerning this relationship and its homosexual connotations, Atlanta today is attempting to locate a prominent transvestite in the Atlanta area for interview, noting that Williams is reported to be an associate of this individual. “BUD: Dinse — Following a meeting this morning with CID personnel m ‘familiar ‘with ATKID, the following is a status report concerning that investigation: An examination of a stain in Williams’ stationwagon has =»--- ~~ determined that it is blood and is not older than 90 days. The GBI laboratory states that the stain contains both Type A and Type B blood. Atlanta Police Department and FBI are continuing a tight physical surveillance on Williams to be aware of his whereabouts at all times.
