SAC, Atlanta June 23, 1981 The latent fingerprints are not fingerprints of Wayne Bertram Williams, FBI €847900P9. Eleven of these latent fingerprints are not fingerprints of victim Michael Cameron McIntosh, FBI €843967P10. The six remaining latent fingerprints, which are from the extreme side, tip and lower joint areas of fingers, were compared, insofar as possible, with the available fingerprints of McIntosh, but no identification was effected. These latent fingerprints were compared with the unidentified latent fingerprints, which were obtained from the residence and car of Wayne Bertram Williams, but no identifica- tion was effected. The disposition of the photographs will be furnished separate Laboratory report. The copies of finger and palm s are being retained. The remaining specimens are enclosed. The latent prints obtained from the residence are presently being compared with the available finger and palm prints of victims in this case and the result will be furnished separately.
