M. on June 22, 1991, and pursuant to the issuance of a search warrant, which was issued on June 22, 1921, by Judge A. L. THOMPSON, State Court of Fulton County, Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia, for the prenises known as 1817 Penelope Road, N. W., Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, the below named Special Agents of — € a ong with and he Atlanta, Georgia, Police Depart~- i and 3 an: Se. Georgia Bureau o nvestigation (GBI); 0 Crine aehiald neg e residence located a 7 Penclope Road, N. W., Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, after being admitted to this residence by HOMER WILLIAMS, who resides at this address along with his wife, FAYE WILLIA‘IS, and their son, WAYNI BERTRAI WILLIAMS. Prior to entering the above residence, Detective advised HOMER WILLIAMS that a search warrant ha een issued for the premises at this address, and Detective GRE »xov ied Mr. WILLIAMS a copy of this search warrant, which WILLIAMS read. A preliminary survey of the residence located at 1817 Penelope Road, N. W., Atlanta, Georgia, determined that the residence at this residence was a red<brick, one- story, single-family dwelling, with white trim and an aluminum screen door on the front door which had the letter "Ww" on the screen door. It was further noted that the house at this address faced south on Penelope Road and that the house would be on the north side of Penelope Road. A driveway was noted to run along the east side of the house. A survey of the interior of the house determined that the front door led into the living room which would be on the east side of the house, and at the far east end of the living room was a dining area. Behind the dining area was the kitchen and hehind the living room was a den.
