Redding, Atlanta Police Department, State of Georgia, acting in his official capacity as an enforcement officer of the criminal laws, that he has reason to believe that on the premises known as 1817 Penelope Road, Northwest, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, being more particularly described as: a red brick one-story single family dwelling with white trim with an aluminum screen door on the front and the letter "W" on said screen door; this structure has a driveway on the East side of the house; Penelope Road, N.W. runs in an East-West direction, the house is on the North side of said road being between . Anderson Avenue on the East and Aaron Street on the West; the residence is the third (3rd) house from the Northeast corner located in Fulton County, Georgia, there is now being concealed certain property, to wit: latent fingerprints; fibers; animal and human hair; clothing; stains and residue of blood; feces; urine; semen; mucous; objects upon which there are latent fingerprints; a violet bedspread; portions of carpeting; and books on the subject of fingerprinting, forensic and scientific investigation, which property is subject to search and seizure as tangible evidence of the crimes of Murder, in violation of the Criminal Code of Georgia Section 26-1101; and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the property s0 described is presently being concealed on the premises above-described, and that the grounds for
