SPECIAL AGENT A FBI, TESTIFIED IHAI HE WAS on THE SIDE OF THE JAMES JACKSON PARKWAY BRIDGE, HEARD A CONVERSATION BETWEEN OT HER MEMBERS OF THE STAKEOUT TEAM AND OBSERVED A CAR TRAVELING IN HIS DIRECTION. RE STATED THAT I-E FILLED IN BEHIND A WHITE STATION WAGON AND SUBSEQUENTLY STOPPED A VEHICLE ON I-235.
