While we certainly do not in any way purport to dictate to the FBI what its policy should be, our policy is offered only for your consideration. The “gag” order that was imposed by the trial dudye ended when the defendant was sentenced. However, since we do not want to say anything publiciy that might adversely affect the appeal or unnecessarily incite the community, we have made ‘it a policy not to speak publicly about any evidence connecting Williams to any other victims except those named in the indictment and those used during the trial ae Bimilar transactions.
