This is to advise that the writer has been in conference with and it has been decided that since the Basque Organization during June and July had been expecting to receive its quota of $400.00 per month, this sum be paid for those two months. Th During this trip the various Basque local representatives will be contacted and the value and performance of each such repre=- sentative will be estimated.
