The poem entitled | olition of the Ship OSKAWA by the Crew", contained on Page 5 of referefice report dated March 6, 1943, specifically refers to a United States Steamer which was de~ atroyed by its crow since they were paid too small wages. It specifically refers to the expense to the United States of this act of sabotage. Fur thermore, the | author, and subject of this case, does not consider himself, according t his writings, an imaigrant, put rather an exile from Cemany, his native country. The poem entitled the Designation 'Enigrant'!*, found on Page 6 of reference report dated March 6, 1943, expresses this point of view. . i It is therefore suggested that the Bureau may wish to subnit r the facts in this case to the Department in order to determine whether any _ ection might be taken by this office looking toward the interment of sub- Ject as an eneny alien.
