Assistant United States Attorney ATTILIO di OITROIAMO on June 14, 19432 Op
dune 2, 1943, after advice had been received from the Department relative
to this aatter, Assistant United States Attorney di GIROLAMD's
office, advised that no Presidential Warrant was being authorised for Subjectts |
apprehension as an alien enewy at this time. The Department suggested, however,
that the United States Attorney at Ios Angeles request this office to mke
periodic checks of Subject's activities and to report the same, at which tine
the Departaent would re-open instant mtter and give it further consideration.
