The free Clothing Program was launched on 3/18/72,
at BPP Ileadquarters. This program, under the direction of
BEATRICE FULTON, had solicited new and used clothing which
was given away on a first-come first-serve basis on 3/18/72.
The supply of clothing was exhausted the first day, however,
and FULTON expressed the opinion that it was questionable if
the Free Clothing Program would continue.

their location at 400A Loflin St., High Point, N.C. due to
lack of, funds to pay the back rent. - The 2 or 3 members
residing in High Point were moved to BPP Headquarters in
Winston-Salem. The two apartments rented by the BPP in
Winston-Salem, I1].C, are located on property thai has been
purchased by the Urban Renewal Project and are slated to be
torn down, ‘The BPP Chapter is undecided about what action to
take and continue to utilize these apartments on a temporary
basis. . .
In an effort to boost the sagging moral of the BPP
Chapter “lfustang Sally”, a well-lnown local female impersonatoi,
arranged a party at BPP Headquarters on 3/4/72. Prior to
the party, "lustang Sally" made improper advances to a
Winston-Salem PD Vice-Squad officer and was arrested. ‘Sally's’
associates carried on in the best tradition and put on an
exhibition at BPP Weadquarters labeled as a "Belly and Heat
Party.'' Four female impersonators offered a concoction of
heroin and spanish fly to those in attendance and to the
participants. After consuming this mixture they stripped
and did a “belly dance" followed by a ‘homosexual orgy in
