PART II The following is a summary of the BPP activities in the Charlotte Division: The Free Breakfast for Children Program is the one community service program which continues to receive support from the local community. This program is the vehicle used by the BPP chapter to solicit donations. Lack of food..and limited funds restrict the program, however, this program under the direction of MARY MC DONALD was able to feed approximately 10-12 children daily during the month of 4/72, This program also continues to be a principal source of food for the BPP members residing at BPP Headquarterg. The Free Pest Control Program under the direction of GRADY FULLER continues to operate in the Black neighborhood FULLER operates this program principally alone through the use of a hand sprayer and insecticide donated by local merchant. During 4/72, the N.C. Supreme Court reversed a prior lower court ruling which @quashed the indictment of BPP leaders, LARRY LITTLE, JULIUS CORNELL and GRADY FULLER. All three were allowed to continue free on bond and no date has been fixed as yet for their trial.
