CARR reported in the article that an FBI report dated February 26, 1973, on CHARLES ZOLLICOFFER, a member of the BPP, and written by ZACHARY T. LOWE, an Agent in the FBI's Winston-Salem Office, had been recently made available to the Journal and that the report contained information furnished by three informants. CARR also reported that the FBI file provided information concerning CHARLES RAY ZOLLICOFFER's age, marital status, brothers’ criminal records, and ether pertinent information. ') On dvised that the February 26, » report of Special Agent LOWE, referred to in the February 14, 1975, newspaper article, had been furnished to the newspaper reporter by unknown individuals associated with the BPP and that the report had been obtained while an unnamed individual or individuals were reviewing certain ie undisclosed records. CE T-1 advised that it was unknown 7 whether or not the report was the actual report available in, ) the undisclosed records or a copy of that report. 7 On advised that BPP members at Winston-Salem, North Carolina, made the report of Special Agent LOWE available to The Winston-Salem Journal. \3 On advised that CHARLES RAY ZOLLICOFFER appeared to be the most knowledgeable BPP member concerning the report of Special Agent LOWE, and it was apparent from comments made by CHARLES RAY ZOLLICOFFER that he had seen the report and/or had the report in his. possession. - 7d lee al le tae el a i oe on ee do is ea ne ee ice earn sept serie Ry
