Party members upheld The North Carolina Court of Appeals, Raleigh, North Carolina, found no error in the case of Y MEDLEY and co-defendants, BRADFORD MIZELLE LILLEY and RANDOLPH JENNINGS, who were convicted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill on February 4, 1972, in High Point, North Carolina, for which they received 7-10 year sentences. The defendants filed a petition of appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court.
