CE 157-6171 LARRY LITTLE spoke about the opposition of the black people to the seemingly growing instances when confrontations with police have resulted. LITTLE spoke of depression and obvious intentional harassment by the Local police agencies. He stated that the BPP has come a long way from guns to shoes and he expects greater things in the days to come.
