He did not have to sign any document to obtain these screens which were apparently spare screens sessed. The screens were taken to which Colonel 3 Winston-Salem and placed in the yard of Atkins High school. U quamn.....: on September 16, 1970, he drove past the BPP Headquarters, 1602 East Pourteenth Street, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and observed some screens which were similar in appearance to captioned screens nailed over windows of BPP Headquarters.
