C. In place of these two apartments the BPP is now renting two apartments in the name of RUSSELL and MARY McDONALD at 411 14st Street, Winston-Salem, N. C., which is one block from BPP Headquarters. Reason for the move was the inability of the chapter to keep up with the rental payments at its former location.
