The local party was admonished for allowing police officers to search the Headquarters Last year and directed the locals never to allow this to happen again. | Discussions have recently been held at the BPP Headquarters at Winston-Salem regarding the possibility of instituting a firearms training program; however, there was | no indication that this program would be established in the near future as no concrete proposals were made nor was there any indication that additional discussions would be held in this regard. An unknown member of the BPP is planning to or is in the process of observing the area where the Winston-Salem Resident Agency is located and where the FBI cars are parked. This unknown member of the BPP also wishes to observe the FBI Agents who work at the Winston-Salem Resident Agency. The purpose of this planned observation is unknown.
