- Urbain Guerrlila Warfare, School for Sclecting the Guerrilla Revolution is a social phenomenon that depends on men. arms, and resources. Arms and resources exist in the country and can be taken | and used, but ta do this it is necessary to count on men. Without them, the arms and the resources have no use and no value. For - their part, the men must have two basic and indispensable obligatory : qualities: a} they must have a politico-revolutianary motivation; b) they must have the necessary technical-revolutionary preparation. Men with a pol:tico-revolutionary motivation are found- among the ' vast and clearheaded contingents of enemics of the military dicta- ‘ torship and of the domination of US imperialism.
