On July 25th this office was in receipt of letter from Sheriff Gillespie
stating that the photographs of these three subjects were positively identified
as parties who abandoned the Ford conch motor {297876 at Clayton, which car was
the Durant Nursery Oompony, Durent, Okla., and that om July 5,
a Yord V~8 Tudor sedan motor (203015, 1935 model, color dmrk Hruster green,
five Firestone tires, red reflector on rear, metal tire cover, becring New liexico
1933 license D-45, was stolen at Cleyton by the sanw parties who hed previously
abandoned Ford coach in question.
Tm o memorandum received from SAC Jones dated Kansas City, July 22, 1933,
Mr. Jones advieed that on the night of July 19, 1935, after a fight between of-
ficials end the Barrow Brothers, at « tourist camp near Xemeas City, that there
were found abanioned in a cabin formerly ocoupied by the Barrow Brothers five aute-
matic army 45 caliber pistols and one Browning automatic rifle as follows:

A cheek has been made at the Sth Corps Amy Area, Fort Sam Houston,
Texas, whieh discloses that automatic pistols Nos. 588676, 575279, 527651 and
615363 were identified as pistols stelon from the First Battalion Headquarters
Battery Cosbat Trein of the Oklahoma National Guard at © mid, Ukla., om July 7,

Get. & J. Meloukis of the Military Police, San Antonio, sent « tracer
on the above quoted pistol end rifle and om July 26, 1953, this agent was informod
by Mejor Richie, Ordnance Department, Fort Sem Houstan, Texas, that he was in re-
ceipt of a radiogram from the Chief of Ordnance, Washington, D.0., that the above
automa tie pistol md rifle were stolen from Compmy EB, 129th Infantry, Tllinois
Wationel Guard, om April 19, 193%, at Platteville, Tl.
The Ford coach motor (297876 was returned by Sheriff Gillespie to the
Home Insurance Compony, Cklahome City, Ukle.
