Mr. W. &. Harris, tom marshal, Waldron, arkansas, advised that
Mr. Hervey, Jr., reported to him on May 8, 19335 that his license tag to his
sutomobile had been stolen some time during the previous night while thie car
wes parked on the side of the road about three miles out of Weldron, Mr. Harris
was shown the photographs of Olyde Berrow, Buck Harrow, Hubert Bleich, Bonnie
Parker, and Blanche Caldwell, but he failed to recognize any of them es persons
who hed bean seen in the vicinity of Waldron, Arkansas. Mr. Harris feels car~
tein thet if these persons had stopped for even a part of a day or night at
Waldron, Arkensas he would have seen them and he therefore feels that they must
heave stolen the tags in question while passing through that section,
