SYNOPSIS of FACTS: Photos of Clyde and Melvin Barrow identified as being the ones who on June 23, 1933 held up store at Fayetteville, Ark. and at Alma, Ark. had gun battle with town marshal and deputy sheriff, killing town marshal and abandoned Ford V-8 Coach, Motor /40310035, stolen Hutchinson, Kansas, Juns 14, 1935, from J. L. Rauh, owner. On Jume 24, 1953 Subjeots Olytie and Melvin Barrow attacked and raped Mrs. Harry Rogers, Winslow, Ark., estaping to hills on foot. Information that on June 25, 1933 both men seen driving toward ¥t. Smith, Ark, in a 1923 Plymouth Sedan, Texis license. Both Barrow brothers, uniden- tified third man, Bonnie Parker, Blanche Caldwell and uniden- tified third women stayed at camp ground, Ft. Smith, Ark., from Tune 15th to June 25rd, 1935. Dennis, proprieter | of the Mid-Way Camp Ground located three miles north of Fort Smith. lirs. Dennis to stated that on or about the morning of June 15, 1955 she rented a cabin to two men and two women who were driving a late model ford V-5 Coach; that at the time she rented this cabin to these people they told her they were expecting another — A couple either that day or the next and that they wanted them to have the cabin 1 to theirs.
