the Philedelphia Police to the effect that one Harold B,. Foulkrod was
arrested at Philadelphia on April 7, 1932, on charges of unlawful as-
sembly end inciting riot, making and using vile and slanderous com

a Megistrate and sag net photographed. . His fingerprints were taken but

it should be noted that the fineerprinte of the Harold Barnett are
rested at Los Anvaleg, California, were compared vith the fineerorints of

Order of the Purple Heart contains Army serial number 242025, which is the
gome as thst appesring in Wer Department records as that cf the Hurold
