tion and the rules and regulations promulgated by that organiration, .
generally, from information carried in the press the C.P.A. was organized
. in order to channel building construction into homes rather than comercial -
enterprises. Also, I am not aware whether the C.P.A. has an investigative —
. ataff or whether violations of the rules are within the Bureau's jurisdiction.
