handle it directly we will probably handle it through tne offices of the 5
Attorney General, I told Ostholthoff he would be advised as to what action of
the Bureau takes in this regard. I also pointed out to Ostholthoff thet in
making these open inquiries he must be sure that they are confined to matters
within the Bureau's investigative jurisdiction and not reveal] our interest in
any particular individuals, :
