the article appearing in the Las Vegas Tribune, an maCion of this weekly
newspaper reflected that the principal article appearing on the first pags of
Volume 3, Number 28, for the week ending August 1, 1946, was captioned "damb)
Palaces Yersus Houses for Veterans." This article in fall read as follows:
