This search was a failure because apparently SIEGEL wae tipped off that the a RG at Los Angeles murder, but was not tried, While we shall confine our investigation principally to SIEGEL's current activities to ascertain what Federal violations he has committed, we pian to have available as much information as possible concerning murders attributed to SIEGEL in order that Agents might be alert in this investigation to develop evidence of SIEGEL's guilt for thease murders.
