The investigation of the Siegel case has been more or less confined recently to developi a Fraud Against the Government ease in connection with the construction of the Flauingo Hotel. The los d..geles Office is at the present tine swaiting Bureau approval to interview Slegel and seven other individuals simultaneously in connectio with tiis possible Fraud against the Government violation. In this comection lr. Ostholthoff has been requested to arrange for sufficient personnel Bo that at least tw Agents are assigned to each interview.
