November 27, 1946 Re: BENJAMIN "BUGS" SIEGEL In regard to narcotic matters it is known that VIRGINIA HILL has visited a den in Chinatown where outsidders were excluded ami that "smoking" was going on and “they were flying high". It is also known that frequent reference is mde between VIRGINI4 HILL and BEY SIBGEL to e f "oandy". It is not definitely Imown whether the term is used to denote : the sugar product or whether it is meant to be narcotics as used by narcotic peddlers. The possibility cannot be cverlooked that besides their personal interest in each other that VIRGINIA HILL and SIEGEL have business interests along similar lines, pessibly in the narcotic field...
