Bureau telephoned me and stated that he oe ee or Mr. ROSEN; that it was noted that the C.P.A. was to have a hearing at 1 p.m. in San Francisco on September 12th concerning the Flamingo Hotel and the Bureau desired to know the outcome of the hearing as well as the bie identiti individuals testifying and the nature of the testimony.
