MISCELLANEOUS; INFORMATION CONCERNING-
CRIME SURVEY
Assistant Special Agent in Charge LE. C, MULTY, Salt Lake City
office, telephoned September 25, 19146. I advised NULTY that we were going
to conduct an open investigation concerning possible Fraud Against the
Government in connection with the construction of the Flamingo Hotel on
September 30, 1916 and advised NULTY of the individuels who would be inter-
viewed at Las Vegas and told him that additional Agents would be sent from
Los Angeles to assist the regular Agents at Las Vegas in these interviews.
