The informant was again ins ng that "it would be « J x feather in his oap"™ to be able to tel ny information concern : ing the whereabouts of VIRGINIA HILL and PRANK COSTELLO. The writer was emphatic in telling the informant that he could not divulge any information mor did he have any information ooncerning the above individuals. a
