Field Division dated January 17, 1947, and to Burem teletype dated

Florida, was contacted, and he advised that there is practically no way
to check individuals to and from Havana if they are citizens. Fo pass-

to the fullest extent and that otographs were furnished to hir, they
would be placed with the officials at the airport and steamship depots
