MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION CONCERNING ye
Assistant Special Agent in Charge OSTHOLTHOFF telephoned from los
Angeles et approximately 1315 pem. today, and wanted to know why we hadn't
notified him of the results of the CPA hearing at San Francisco yesterday
afternoon, He was advised that a teletype had been sent to thse Los Angeles
Office and the Bureau at 10:20 aw. today, and he stated that this teletype
had not been received in Los Angeles. Seme was accordingly read to hix over
the telephone.
SR 000108 the Chicago Office on the teleprinter to br
inquire as to w er or not they had received the teletype that was dis-
patched on the teleprinter for transmission to the Bureau and the Los Angeles
Office at 10:20 aame today, and she received the following reply: “I AM VERY

SORRY I DIDNT COMPLETE SENDING CONF THRU WE DID RECEIVE IT OK AND IT WAS MY
FAULT AM SENDING IT POST HASTE NOW ‘THANKS SO MUCH CHICAGO.”
In the meantine the same teletype was again sent to the Bureau and
the Los Angeles Office as a conferenme teletype on the regular teletype machine
as of 1:20 pene
