He steted that the purpose of this trust was to locate throughout the world eources of thorium and uranium, which materials are used in the production of the Atomic Bomb. In addition to the location of these materials, the Combined Develicpment Agency is also charged with the responsibility of securing control of uranium and thorium ceposits wherever they are located.
