The memorandum sets out a list of Americans other than Rhodes scholars who attended Oxford University during the years 1930 through 1940. You should furnish a copy of this meno- randum to your source and determine if any information is available to your source to indicate that any of the persons on the list were recruited or if any attempts were made to recruit any of these individuals during their residence in England.
