During the evening, they recorded some songs on a Sound Mirror and asked BURGESS if he would like to make a record of his voice, This seemed like a good idea to BURCESS, so he recorded an alleged interview that he Had with WINSTON GHURCHILL in 1938. BURGESS made this recorde- .ing three times. On the first two occasions, ARIRP aia not heve the Sound Mirror adjusted properly and so no recording wes made, However, BURGESS insisted on making the recording and so on the third try the recording was made, This tape recording was obtained from and two copies were made of it.
