this letter is a pencilled letter bearing no signature and addressed te -. cd -
the Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice,’
San Francisco, California. This letter was contained in an envelope of the
Sporteman's Hotel, Tulelake, California, in which town the letter was 8 —
postmarked 6/17 2/51. This note states:
